Cindie Kees


  • 1970 Graduate of Parsons, Kansas Senior High School

  • 1974 Bachelor’s Degree in “Education” at the University of Missouri, Kansas City

  • 1986 Master’s Degree in “Special Education” at Emporia State University


  • 1974-1985 Business/Corporate management Kansas City metropolitan area

  • Mrs. Kees taught Special Education for 18 years to an array of physically and

     Mentally disabled junior and senior high students in the state of Kansas.


After retiring from the education profession, Cindie and her husband Gary Kees moved to Reading, Pennsylvania.  Mrs. Kees received her home/auto insurance license to work in her husbands insurance agency with Horace Mann.


After retirement (2016), Cindie and Gary moved to Grove, Oklahoma. Since moving to Grove, Cindie been immersed in, “giving back” to this unique and giving community. Her time and energy after arriving in Grove has been given to ministries, volunteer work and activities at the First Christian Church.


Cindie is currently involved in the founding and the directorship of the Heavenly Angels House, a social hospice home for the terminally ill that offers care to hospice patients who are in the last days or weeks of life.  This home will provide compassionate quality comfort care that enhances the lives of people with terminal illness and their families/caregivers.  With these new responsibilities comes cultivating and building personal and business relationships.  In her role as Executive Director for the Heavenly Angels House, Cindie has become a member of the Grove Rotary and Grove Chamber of Commerce in order to further the knowledge and promotion of HAH’s mission.


Cindie and Gary's blended family include 6 six daughters and 9 very special beautiful grandchildren.

  • 2004 Graduate of Northeastern Vocational receiving her EMT Advance

  • 2010 Graduate of Cherokee Nation EMS receiving her Paramedic


  • 1996-2000 Mrs. Clark worked for the City of Commerce Ambulance

  • 2000-2003 Mrs. Clark Worked for the City of Quapaw Ambulance

  • 2003-2017 Mrs. Clark Worked for Integris Grove Hospital/EMS. In the 14 years working for the Hospital she filled in many departments and where she was needed when not on the Ambulance. She worked her way up in the EMS department, spending the last 4 years as a Paramedic Supervisor.

  • 2015-2016 Mrs. Clark worked with Med-Corp as a Personal Care Assistant

  • 1998-Present CPR instructor for the American Heart Association.


After having to retire from EMS due to back injuries, Mrs. Clark joined in with Cindie Kees in

Founding the Heavenly Angels House, a social hospice home for the terminally ill that offer care to hospice patients in the last days or weeks of life.


Mrs. Clark was born and raised here in Grove, Ok to the Daughter of Roger and Ann Snell. Mrs. Clark Married her high school sweetheart in September on 1991. Staying around the Grove area they have raised their family of 3 children and 3 grandchildren. Krystal Clark and her spouse Casey Bartley (Rylin & Briar), William Clark (Haidyn) & Dakota Clark.

Jonell has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare profession, much of it in End-of-Life care. Jonell retired in 2017 as the Executive Director of the Home Health of Good Shepherd Hospice

  • Credentialing medical and associate staff, preparing medical staff policies and by-laws


Ms. Husong retired after 32 years of service at Integris Grove Hospital.  Her personal accomplishments include starting and directing Camp Bandage and Camp Bandage, Jr.  The Camp was a structured event that provided safety instruction to approximately 40,000 children over 25 years.  She is a member of Beta Sigma Phi, which is a service sorority that provides money and goods to local charities and scholarships for Grove High School Students.
